The Service is available to businesses, organizations, and individuals authorized to enter into binding contracts. You represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind your organization.

Service Description

StayBookedUp is a subscription-based software solution that provides features for online booking, client communication, automation, and analytics for businesses.

Account Registration

• You must create an account to use the Service.
• Provide accurate, complete information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscription & Fees

• The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the rates published on our website.
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy below.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 15 days prior notice.

Refund Policy

• Starter and Growth plan subscribers are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@staybookedup.com within 28 days of the initial subscription.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval, and the subscription will be terminated upon refund.
• Enterprise Plan subscriptions, including custom setup fees, are not eligible for refunds once onboarding begins.

• You agree to keep all system access, configurations, and performance metrics confidential.

• All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its underlying technology remain with us.

• You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service.

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kampala.
